This 50 min Pilates Matwork class, you’ll be guided by a teacher-in-training who’s completed her Mat 1 course and needs to get in her practice teaching hours before moving on to Mat 2.12 hour cancellation policy with exception for those with chronic illness/disability: If you have to cancel with less than 12 hour notice and someone from the waitlist is able to take your spot, we’ll make sure your pass is available for your next class.
