Join this Mat class from anywhere you are! 

Make sure you have enough space around you to reach your arms out to the side while lying down. Exercises may be done lying on back, on front, on side, kneeling, seated or standing. Your instructor will give you options if any of these are not amenable to your body. 

For virtual classes, we use a platform called Whereby which can function through your browser or their app ( android or apple ) If you need captions, please use Chrome browser’s captioning feature. The captions are processed locally, do not leave your browser and are never stored, so you don’t need to worry about privacy being compromised. They will automatically be generated the next time you join!
