A “Welcome” pass is for those who’s income is limited and/or been affected by deliberate marginalization

An “Afloat” pass keeps the lights on and instructors paid equitably

A “Pay It Forward“ pass will enable us to continue to provide “welcome” passes

GROUP EQUIPMENT: welcome $10, afloat $25, pay it forward $35, package of 10 classes $300

MAT classes are sliding scale: Practice Mat (with a novice instructor) $7-$20 and regular GROUP MAT $7-$25

PRIVATE sessions: welcome $45, afloat $65, pay it forward $80, package of 10 Private sessions $700

DUO sessions: welcome $20 pp, afloat $35 pp, pay it forward $40 pp, package of 10 DUO sessions $375

While Pilates and Pilates equipment are moderately adaptable, please let us know how we can support you by sharing any accessibility needs. 

MASKS ARE REQUIRED for Group Classes. They are optional for DUOs and Private sessions.

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel less than 12 hours before your class (Group Equipment, Mat, PracticeMat, DUO or Private) your pass will get used.  If you are living with an unpredictable chronic illness/disability, we are able to provide an exception as follows: for Group Equipment, Mat, and Practice Mat classes if cancellation happens less than 12 hours before class and someone from the waitlist is able to take your spot, we will make sure your pass is available to use for your next class.
